
Jacqueline M. Harper is a Toronto based Canadian lawyer who works in the areas of commercial real estate, litigation and dispute resolution and advises clients with respect to management issues.
Jacqueline has been a Deputy Judge with the Superior Court of Ontario since 2020 and an adjudicator and mediator since 2010. Jacqueline has also been general counsel for a multinational corporation.
Jacqueline has been active with the Ontario Bar Association, previously serving as an elected member of Toronto Council and member of the Audit Committee.
Jacqueline is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and licensed to practice in Ontario. Jacqueline completed her law degree in French at the Université de Moncton and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry at St. Francis Xavier University.
Jacqueline’s goal is to provide outstanding and efficient service, as well as strategic counsel to clients.
In her spare time, Jacqueline has been involved in a variety of charity work. Recently, she served on the Board of Directors of Best Buddies Canada for over 10 years, an organization which assists individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
